Most likely all of 10 of them would, regardless of whether or not they look overweight. We have become a society that is obsessed with weight.
We view other people’s weight, our own weight, and we all think it should be less. It doesn’t matter what the scale shows, how we look, or how we feel.
We are just obsessed with weight loss.
In fact, according to this study by the CDC, around 50% of adults in the US have tried to lose weights.
Thats insane. I’m pretty sure the numbers are actually even higher than 50%, from my experience almost anyone I know would love to “lose a few pounds”.
However, obsessing about weight loss can and will have a negative impact on your life.
In fact, it can make you weigh even more! It’s true.
The more you obsess about how you think you are fat, that you weigh too much, and that you don’t like the way you look, the more of all of that you get.
The Laws of Attraction give us what we keep thinking.
This is why guarding your thoughts and being mindful of what you say to yourself is so powerful.
If you keep putting yourself down and being mean to yourself then you will never manifest weight loss.
The good news is that you can change all that, and actually manifest your weight loss into a reality.

It’s important to know what manifestation is and how it works. Manifestation is part of the Laws of Attraction. The Universe wants to give you the life that you seek, but you have to be clear about what it is that you want your life to be like. Besides, would you be friends with someone who said such horrible things to you about your appearance? No, and you shouldn’t! It’s abusive. You are being abusive to yourself, and it’s time to make a full stop and turn it around. By doing so you will be able to manifest weight loss, as well as any other type of appearance change that you would like.
Thoughts Are Powerful
We create our lives with thoughts. What we think and focus on is what we get more of. Therefore, if you are thinking about how you hate the way you look you are going to keep reinforcing those thoughts. You will keep getting more of what you think of, so you have to change your thoughts.
By changing your thoughts you will be telling the Universe what you want and you will use the Laws of Attraction to make it a reality. You have been doing this all along, but now you will do it purposely to get the appearance that you like and desire.
5 Easy Steps to Manifesting Weight Loss
When you are serious about manifesting weight loss and follow the steps to do so you will find that it’s much easier than you ever thought possible. Weight loss doesn’t have to be difficult when you manifest it. Most people don’t know how to manifest it or don’t take the time learn, which is why they are stuck in the rut they are in.
Here are the steps to manifesting weight loss:
1. Clarify what you want.
In order to manifest what you want you have to be very clear about what it is that you want. If you are not clear then you won’t be able to manifest it. Consider what you why you want to lose weight and what that will look like. It’s a good idea to write these things down.
What you write down may look something like this:
“I want to be able to be more physically active.”
“I want to like the way I look when I see my reflection in the mirror.”
“I want my clothes to fit better.”
“I want to be healthier.”
“When I lose weight I will be happier.”
Other things you may write down may look like this:
“I will lose 25 pounds.”
“I will drop three dress sizes.”
“I will improve my running speed.”
“I will not lose my breath walking around the block.”
What you want to happen in your weight loss manifestation is going to be unique to you. The more you can get specific about writing down what is that you want to happen and why you want it to happen, the easier the process will be.
2. Commit to changing your mindset.
Weight is more about mindset than anything else. Remember, with the Laws of Attraction we create the life that we want. Your mindset is what has gotten you into the situation you are in right now. You don’t like your body, and your continuous negativity toward it has brought you more of what you don’t want.
There can be no turning back. In order to manifest weight loss, you have to change your mindset. You must begin thinking positive thoughts about your appearance. You will notice that when you do this you actually start liking your appearance more.
If you find yourself slipping back into old habits, immediately change direction. You have to continue to focus on the good, be grateful for the body you have, and love yourself. When there are doubts and negativity that creep in, they need to immediately be replaced with something more positive.
In the manifestation process, there is no room for negativity. The negativity will keep you from manifesting your weight loss. If you haven’t been much of a positive person until now, things must change from here on out.

The affirmations that you say to yourself are going to be what replaces all the mean things you used to say to yourself. Your focus cannot be on what you lack anymore (such as a smaller or skinnier body). You have to focus on what you have. Act as if you already have the appearance and body that you want. When you do that you are sending a clear message to the Universe about your goals and intentions.
Changing your focus may be difficult for some people to do. This is because you have gotten into the habit of being negative about your appearance. Remember to focus on abundance instead of there being a lack of. Focus on an abundance of beauty and being filled with love for the way you look.
5. Allow the Universe to work.
Manifesting anything takes a little time. It’s important to have patience once you have finished the above steps. You have to give the Universe time to work its magic and make things happen. You should see little steps toward that goal taking place, but you have to be patient.
It’s important to not do anything once you have done the above steps. You have to start living the life you would lead if you had the body you want. When you lose weight what is that you will do? Start doing those things now! How will you eat when you have lost weight? Start eating that way now! And stop being obsessed with the scale.
Even if you feel you can’t do them as well as you will when you lose weight you should still do them now. Live the life you want to live now, rather than waiting. That’s how you make things happen and help to manifest the life that you want. The Universe will work its magic if you have taken the time to manifest weight loss correctly.
